Privacy policy

Move Often is designed to work without an account and without collecting personal information.

Information stored on your device

Your reminder schedule, app preferences, completed movement breaks, and progress history are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to Isaac Audet or used for advertising.

Notifications and motion

If you enable reminders, Move Often asks iOS for permission to schedule local notifications. Notification scheduling is handled on your device. The app may use motion-sensor input to create a visual tilt effect while you are using it. Motion input is not recorded, retained, or transmitted.

Purchases

The optional lifetime purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. Move Often does not receive or store your payment-card details. Purchase history and an anonymous app user identifier are sent to RevenueCat to validate the purchase, restore access, prevent fraud, and provide aggregate purchase analytics. This information is used for app functionality and analytics, is not connected to an account or journal of identifiable personal information, and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. RevenueCat’s privacy policy explains its processing.

Tracking, advertising, and sale

Move Often does not contain third-party advertising, does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and does not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Local information remains on your device until you remove it in the app or delete the app.

Children

Move Often is a general-audience wellness app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
