Privacy policy

Lumen is designed as a private, on-device affirmation library and bedtime audio player.

Information stored on your device

Affirmation text, recorded audio, loop arrangements, playback settings, session history, and optional dream notes are stored locally on your device. Lumen does not operate an account system and does not receive this content.

Microphone

Microphone access is used only when you choose to record an affirmation. Lumen does not listen in the background and does not upload recorded audio.

Apple voices and ambient audio

Apple Voice affirmations use voices provided by iOS. Optional ambient tones are generated locally by the app. Lumen does not send affirmation text to Isaac Audet for processing.

Tracking, advertising, and sale

Lumen does not contain third-party advertising or analytics, does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and does not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Your information remains on your device until you delete an affirmation or loop, erase app data, or delete the app. Deleting an affirmation also removes its associated private recording from the app’s storage.
